What platforms do you support?
Squarespace, Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, and custom-coded sites. If you're not sure, ask — we probably support it.
What counts as an "edit"?
Content swaps, image updates, banner changes, new pages or sections, design tweaks, form updates, blog publishing — anything that takes our team under 2 hours/month combined. Bigger projects (full redesigns, new sections from scratch, complex integrations) are quoted separately. We'll always tell you upfront before going over.
What if my site goes down?
You won't notice first — our monitoring will. Site-down issues are emergencies with a 4-hour response SLA, 24/7. Most issues are resolved before you'd have caught them.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's a 3-month minimum to start (so we have time to migrate, optimize, and stabilize the site), then it's month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days notice and we'll hand back full access plus a final backup.
Do you handle domain renewals?
We can. Transfer your domain to our registrar (or grant us management access) and we'll handle renewals so nothing ever lapses. Domain fees are passed through at cost.
What if I already have a website?
Two options. We can rebuild it as part of the $99/mo plan (most clients pick this — it's faster and you get a cleaner, more modern site), or we can keep your existing site and just take over hosting + maintenance. Tell us on the discovery call and we'll recommend the right path.
