What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel anytime. When you do, the site goes offline at the end of your billing cycle. You keep all your content, copy, and assets — and we can help you migrate to another host if you want to take the design with you (a small one-time migration fee applies).
Do I own the website?
You own all your content, copy, photos, and brand assets — always. The design and code are part of our managed service, similar to how Squarespace or Shopify works. If you want to take the design with you when you leave, we can sell you a one-time license for it. Most clients never bother because $99/mo is cheaper than running it themselves.
How fast can you launch?
14 days from kick-off for service businesses. About 2–3 weeks for custom Shopify builds, depending on catalog size. We work fast because we have a system — not because we cut corners.
What counts as a "monthly edit"?
Content swaps, image updates, banner changes, new pages, design tweaks, form updates, blog posts — anything that takes our team under 2 hours/month combined for the $99 plan. Bigger projects (full redesigns, new platforms, complex integrations) are quoted separately. We'll always tell you upfront if a request goes over.
What if I already have a site?
Two paths: we can migrate it onto our platform and put it on the $99/mo care plan, or we can rebuild it from scratch. Most clients pick the rebuild — faster, cleaner, and the new version is built to convert. We'll tell you which makes sense after the discovery call.
Is there a contract?
3-month minimum on the $99/mo plan so we have time to launch the site and stabilize it. After that, it's month-to-month. No annual contracts, no auto-renew tricks.
